Deprocessed dies

Dies from chips I removed from an old laptop: an unknown die, a broken graphics processor die, and a slightly-damaged PCI controller die.  
 
The unknown die etched poorly. The graphics die appears to be over-etched, with no metal layers remaining. However, you can still see clearly where the cells were. The PCI controller appears to have etched down to metal1 or poly, producing excellent results.
