A delayered Pentium 3 die

An Intel Pentium 3 microprocessor, removed from its package and partly delayered. I used a blowtorch to melt the solder, freeing the die from the package. I used sandpaper and some HF to delayer the die. Using finer sandpaper (I only had 600 grit) would produce better results (and might make the acid unnecessary).
